Basic product information
Our machine shop is equipped with the latest universal high-end CNC centres, lathes and carousel lathes.
We can achieve up to 6-axe milling in one clamping and up to 5-side turning.
Range of materials machined
Any ferrous or non-ferrous metal.
Dimensions
Maximum workpiece for universal CNC machines is 1700 mm x 1500 mm x 4000 mm.
Maximum workpiece for turning machines is 4000 mm in diameter.

Quality control is a fundamental element of our mechanical working process. It is maintained across the entire manufacturing process, from the receipt of semi-finished products up to the shipping of final products.
Our quality management relies on an integrated quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2015. We are also holders of certificates ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and P.E.D..

MEDEKO makes efforts to deliver a product that is completely finished. Where the casting requires further surface treatment, we are able to provide plating with zinc, nitride, or nickel; polishing; electrolytic polishing; lacquering; powder lacquering.
